The term "User" includes both the person using the Site and any legal entity represented by that person under actual or apparent authority.

The term "RERDA" refers to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, as amended, along with any relevant rules or regulations. By using the Site and its Services, Users represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information provided is truthful and accurate, (b) they will maintain the accuracy of such information, (c) they are 18 years of age or older, and (d) their use of the Site does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. (e) User profiles may be deleted, and Memberships may be terminated without warning if a User is found to be in breach of any of the aforementioned terms. (f) In no event shall the Site be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising from the use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether through contract, negligence, or other tortuous actions, related to the use of the Site.
Users agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by others. This includes refraining from engaging in unlawful conduct, harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue on the site. This Agreement may not be otherwise modified unless done so in writing by an authorized officer of propinvesta.site.
Users should be aware that the servers belong to a third party, and access to the services is subject to availability. Technical problems or hackers may occasionally disrupt the services. propinvesta.site and its parent company are not responsible for any costs, damages, extension of activation periods, or other related issues resulting from such disruptions. Users are advised to save messages offline and elsewhere to avoid hacking or technical problems.
Membership charges are subject to revision at the discretion of propinvesta.site.
The shalimar group reserves the right to block or delete webpages on the Site without providing any reasons. Users have no claims or rights against shalimar group under any circumstances.
By registering on the Site or subsequently providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications (via calls, chats, emails, SMS, or WhatsApp) related to the subscribed services of propinvesta.site. This may include communication from the company, your assigned point of contact, or any other authorized entity, regardless of whether your number is on the Do Not Call Registry.
USER'S OBLIGATIONS The User acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the Registration Data and other information provided to the Company during the Membership application process for using the Service. The User agrees to ensure that the data shared with propinvesta.site does not contain any fraudulent, false, misleading, or manipulated information. The User agrees to possess or have acquired all necessary rights and authorizations before posting any information on the Site, including but not limited to listing information, property descriptions, photographs, maps, layouts, and contact information.
If a User is covered under the RERDA, they will ensure compliance with all necessary requirements, including obtaining the required registrations, as applicable.
The Site may request the User to substantiate their claims regarding the property status with specific documents as specified by the Site from time to time.
The User is responsible for setting up or configuring all necessary equipment required to access the Service.
The User will comply with all notices or instructions provided by the Company regarding the use of the Service.
The User shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored, and transmitted through the Service.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information, including their password and username, and for all activities and transmissions performed by the User on propinvesta.site.
The User will promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breaches known to the User.
The User will make timely payments of the Subscription Fees as required by the Company.
The User will take all necessary measures, including periodically changing their password, to protect the confidentiality of their account information. If the User decides to discontinue their association with propinvesta.site, they can unsubscribe or remove their account by following the delisting procedure using the "Remove Account" link available in their folder.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS IN CONTENT ON propinvesta.site propinvesta.site owns and retains proprietary rights to the site and its services. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information belonging to propinvesta.site. Except for information in the public domain or information for which permission has been granted, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

The User shall not authorize anyone other than the authorized person(s) named in the application form to use the Service.
The User shall utilize the Service solely for the subscribed purpose.
The User shall comply with all applicable laws and shall not contravene any Indian law related to the Services, including any associated regulations.
The User shall refrain from using the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to criminal activities.
The User shall not utilize the Service to send or receive any offensive, vulgar, obscene, malicious, menacing, or morally, religiously, racially, or politically objectionable messages.
The User is prohibited from persistently sending messages or making postings on propinvesta.site to any User or third party without reasonable cause, causing peril, harassment, annoyance, irritation, or anxiety to any person.
The User is prohibited from introducing, uploading, posting, distributing, publishing, or transmitting any information or software that: Contains viruses, worms, or other harmful components into the Internet or propinvesta.site network system.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any person or retains information in any computer system with the intention to do so.
Is unlawful or can be perceived as abusive, defamatory, libelous, harmful, threatening, harassing, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Is intended to mislead or deceive other Users.
Infringes any trademark, patent, or copyright rights.
propinvesta.site does not permit registration or transactions by any member or user who has direct or indirect involvement with sanctioned countries/territories, including Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea/Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Crimea and Sevastopol/Crimean Autonomous Republic, as per the sanctions laws imposed by the UN, US, UK, EU, or any other government and/or regulatory authorities.
If the User violates any of the aforementioned covenants and the Company becomes aware of such violation, the Company reserves the right to delete any materials related to the violation without prior notice to the User. The Company will issue a warning to the User to cease the activities leading to the violations. If the User continues with such activities, the Company has the sole authority to suspend or terminate the membership at propinvesta.site and/or any other associated facility. In addition to seeking indemnification, the Company also has the right to pursue legal remedies against the User to recover any losses suffered and to address the harm caused to the Company's goodwill due to such violations by the User.
COPYRIGHT POLICY: You are prohibited from posting, distributing, or reproducing copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent from the owner of such rights. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on the propinvesta.site service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our Copyright Agent. These leads are based on requirements posted by buyers and their receipt is subject to popularity, trends, and other factors beyond propinvesta.site's control. propinvesta.site will attempt to forward leads that match users' requirements, but the accuracy and authenticity of the information cannot be guaranteed.
WEBSITE DESIGNING SERVICES: The website designing service is included as one of the deliverables in certain paid services, and the site retains exclusive rights for its technical maintenance. Each user agrees to indemnify and hold the site/company, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) that may arise due to interruptions caused by third-party services or technical errors during website uploading or hosting.

RERA DISCLAIMER: Users who are sellers, such as Project Developers, Builders, and Real Estate Agents, must ensure compliance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the RERA Act 2016 by obtaining the necessary registration under the said Act. It is mandatory for these Users to disclose all required information and relevant details as prescribed in the RERA Act 2016. However, propinvesta.site does not guarantee or provide any warranty regarding the information, including RERA credentials, posted by Project Developers, Builders, or Real Estate Agents, nor their compliance with the act.
The Site recommends that Users refer to the respective RERA websites of the relevant State where the Project/Property is registered to obtain complete procedures and accurate information related to the Project/Property posted on the Site by Project Developers, Builders, or Real Estate Agents. Users are advised to make all necessary verifications before proceeding with finalization or transactions.
In no event will the Site be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages, or any claims arising from inaccurate or discrepant information posted on the Site.

propinvesta.site will not be involved in any legal proceedings between Users, whether registered or free, for transactions conducted through the Site. propinvesta.site will comply with orders from governing or legal authorities and fully cooperate in the process, but any costs incurred in such cases will be recovered from the party that implicated propinvesta.site.
Matter of Disputes and Jurisdictional Aspects: Any legal disputes related to propinvesta.site will be handled exclusively in the territory of India. All legal matters will be subject to the relevant laws currently in force in India and the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement, as well as any disputes or matters arising from the incidental use of propinvesta.site, are governed by the laws of India. The User and the Company both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of India. This Agreement, accepted upon using the Site and further affirmed by becoming a User of propinvesta.site, constitutes the entire agreement between you and propinvesta.site regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
